If you managed to read this, then you're smart. You found your way here! Yippyyy!

Okokok, I wanted to put in a song, but not enough space. I forgot that I only have 5mb space, not 10. Argh.

And yeshh. New layout! Very very very happy with this out. Like the way it turn out. But the html coding as usual, took me awhile to put this up. But it's up! Yayyness.

Assignments are on-going, never-ending. Thank god MUMI assignment is extended till next practical. I can't figure out how to make an action audio clip, argh. VEFX, going smoothly. MMAS/MMAD argh.

Fell ill last Sunday. I thought its the usual fix of fever + sore throat + flu. Nope. High fever, no running nose and majorly bad throat. Went to doc next day and he said I has a throat infection. Eee. So he gave me all those medicine that till now I 'forgot' to take. 'Cept for the lozenges. Yes, I don't take the medicine given to me. Maybe that's why my throat still feels like a rock, swallowing is jsut hard. But you should see the size of that antibiotic pill!!!! Bigger than a rock!

So just wishing a Happy Chinese New Year everyonee! Eat lots of oranges. Will be working on the second day of CNY, will get hong baos from manager(s). Wheeee.

NDP 2006 approached SP to allow us students to volunteer during the filming production.

I absolutely want to take part. I. Desperately. Want. To be part. Of. The. Prodution.

It's gonna be a bigger opportunity for us to proceed into the industry. I mean, it's harder for us now. Why? Lemme tell you why.

BECAUSE THE SCHOOL IS SCREWED!!

Yeah. Our course, Multimedia Technology deals with audio production, graphic designing, web publishing and programming, Java, video production, visual effects, 3D animation, just to name a few. So as you can see, we don't really major in anything because we are learning EVERYTHING. And guess what? The school is dividing our course into many many many many many diplomas of their own. SP is gonna have a diploma in Audio, diploma in Video, diploma in Games, diploma in Animation and diploma in Graphic Design. And we are having a diploma in everything, but we still haven't learned all of everything. I mean, they are offering cinematography in Video! I feel so cheated. What have we been doing in SP for the last 1 and a half years? It's gonna be veryy hard for us to go forward after graduation. I mean, who want us? We didn't learn the stuffs they are offering in Video and Design and seriously, we're in a diploma that doesn't major in anything.

So yeah, I definitely want to take up in NDP filming production. They say that we may or may not deal with the filming itself. In Nurul's words, we'll be the gaffers. But I'm fine with carrying stuffs and running around. At least, it's a few steps forward to get noticed and be recommended. It could also be useful for our intership. So yeah. I really do HOPE to be a part of it. I see that a lot of people are taking up and only a few can go. I hope that the lechies really thinking about who they are considering to go. I mean, some other people wanted to join, but whining over broken nails is not part of the programme. Or wanting the national stadium to be near your house so that you can take just one bus and it'll only be a few stops away. Rolls eyes.

I WANT TO BE IN THAT PRODUCTION!! I do anything! Okay, never use that sentence, it's so wrong. But its a great opportunity to be part of it. I want. I want. I want. I want. I want. I want.

Ok I'm hungry, later. Wish me luckkk.

Monday was the MMPJ formal presentation. We decided to wear blue to be coordinated. Y'know, to show 'coordination'. Days before that, me and the girls went shopping for formal wear. I just needed to buy a new top. And it was hard trying to find one since it's not an everyday thing that I would buy some formal wear. After Nurul bought her top at U2, we headed for to This Fashion. Nothing. But the jackets were cool. Then we headed to another TF, still nothing. Zak founded something, but decided not to since I haven't found mine. Hahha. We headed off to OG and that's where the fun begin. Immediately, we found some shirts. My first pick fits alright. Then Zak had to find another shirt because the color wasn't nice. Once she got hers, the salewoman came to us and took our shirts. She said she wanna "pini pini". LMAO, we just stood there and stared at her. What is pini pini? Turns out, she took the shirts to PIN the security tag on it. LOLL! Then we were laughing at the lady mannequins because they posed weirdly and looked manish. Then we went to pay. An elderly chinese woman came to me from behind and started speaking to me in Chinese. I shook my head and said this - wo pu yau Chinese. Her eyes went big and the counter lady was giggling behind her. Zak and Nurul were also laughing. Wth, I actually said I don't want chinese. LMAO! Racistss! Sorry, I meant errr... wo pu tong Chinese? Lol, correct? Whateverrr.

So We rehearsed our presentation over the weekends. Went to Alan's house on Sunday to rehearse. And we still sounded nervous. We rehearsed for the whole day before going off to Jurong Point to buy some hair bands. I seriously did not know what to do with my hair for presentation. They said I should tie it up. But still I had no idea how.

I woke up early on Monday only to spend over an hour to fix my hair. And I was still late! Whatever, left home with my hair the way I like it - long and untamed.

And I felt weird standing in the train because I felt like one of those working WOMAN. My shirt was tucked in, the shoe was painful and my pants looked shorter than before. Arghhh! Came to school early to rehearse a couple more times. Then went off to the presentation room early to rehearse one final time.

You see, we were the very first group to present and so we are feeling very pressurized. The group presentating after us were what we considered the "great, smart, perfect" group. And also, we are targeting to set the bar high. So there we were standing in front of the class and our two lechies. We gave them out notes for them to refer. We started the presenation with questions and off we go. Then I got extremely terrified during my speech when I saw Mr Darryl frowning. Panic attack. Then during the Q&A, the class went silent for awhile. Then slowly, the questions started coming in till Mr Darryl had to stop them class because the lechies wanted a turn to asked a question and time was running out for the second group. We panicked at one point because they wanted to see our Gantt Chart schedule. We were like, shitt, did they figured out that there was a mistake in the schedule? Thankfully, no, hur hur hur. So Mr Darryl gave us comments about the presentation. He said he liked the fact that he saw us early in the morning to rehearse, he liked our attire and color-coordination (YESSS!!!), he liked that we had printed out notes for the class and he liked that we started the presenation with questions to the audience to make them pay attention (HAHH!). And he also like us girls' hair. In the end, I just clipped the hair up and taa-dah. Oh, and he said that because the class asked questions, that means we made the class understand our proposal.

And actually, he liked my speech. Wahahahah! So it was obvious that the lechies thought the presentation was very good. We had a mini-celebration at the back of the class, then came the second group. I was soo terrified that they were gonna beat our asses. Turns out, they didnt. Honestly, they were boring. They didn't talked loud enough, their presentation was static and uninteresting. And no one asked questions, cept for the lechies. The lechies grilled them hard with questions. So when Mr Darryl commented about their presentation he told the class that there's an obvious difference between theirs and ours. It was a dead-on insult to the second group. I felt so bad. But moments later, I can't help it that we had actually set the bar quite high. And we celebrated again, laughing and yeah-ing. In full-view to the second group. But hey, even one of them came to us and said our presentation was good. =)

So yeah, MMPJ assignments are all done. It was tough to be the first group to present, but it was more rewarding to know that the presentation went very well. Yayness! Now, to concentrate on other assignments. Like the storyboard for MMAD due this Friday! Argh! The work load never seems to stop or paused for awhile.

MMAS test was easy peasy, just that we'll be getting a maximum mark of 75 instead of 100 cos us didn't know how to do the last q. I freaked out when my com crashed during VEFX. I was keying ou the blue screen when it happened, argh! But I got saved. Bahha!

Tests are finally over. But I still have reasons to continue pulling my hair out is frustration. Assignments are just around the corner and there's so much left to do.

After the fucked up MMPJ test this morning, we sat down with the lechy to talk about our MMPJ assignment. We asked him if we were going in the right direction. And the outcome of the discussion was disastrous. We did a project proposal on a MP3. This MP3 was created for another assignment, TBCM, which is to come up with a manual for any electronical item. So we created Bud:e. We thought of using Bud:e itself in our MMPJ since we are created its features and whatsoever. But here's a problem. Bud:e is MAKE BELIEVE! It's not real and it doesn't exist and that's the problem for MMPJ. We have to convince the evaluator our 'credibility' during the presentation and how to do that with an imaginary product?

"You make believe this, you make belive that. I'll also make believe your grades."

ARGHHH!! So we have to redo the assignment. Luckily, it is just to find a replacement for the product and we managed to find one quickly and generate from there. Phew.

So anyhoo, FYP is like officially starting in about 2 months. But we have to construct the proposal for it. By this coming Monday. And my group are not even halfway done with it.

I love it that I'll be psp-ing when I'm absolutely stressed and tired.

meoww

I want new shoes. Those hot hot hot shoes. Too lazy to find image for you guys to drool along. Okay, maybe not the boys...

Everything from Girls Aloud 3rd album Chemistry is fantabulous! I'm absolutely in love with Swinging London Town. And I will still buy their album to support :D:D

Okay, I'm out of thoughts.

"That was so last year."
"Last year was only yesterday."
