Omg. This whole week has been so exciting and fun for me. So many happy things happened for me.
Okay, firstly, I'm still freshly excited with the fact that me, Nurul and Sara have been selected to be part of the NDP livefeed production.
Like, omfg!!! Yea! Hurrayyy! Waited so long to hear the results. So, we were at the meeting for it. I got to meet the rest who were selected as well. Some of them, I was thinking, seriously, why are some of these people here? They do know that it's not a sit and shake your leg job, right? But owells, I'm very excited anywayyy!! :D:D
Then, the audio lab has been redecorated!! With Macs! No more PC! Wow, the moment I step inside the lab, I was like, are we in the right lab? Yes, everything looked so pretty...
Oh! oh! For the FYP, each group are given 2 notebooks. NOTEBOOKS!! 2 of them! Well, we'll be getting 4 since Alan's group already have their own laptops, so they're giving their share to us. Faints.
Pre-production are still undergoing. I'm still in the process of writing the story, only half way done. I already debrief to Nurul and Sara to start doing the script base on the first half of the story first, since it looks like that the schedule is pushed back by a week. But no major worries at the moment, I'm sure we can recover.
So tomorrow, we'll be having a meeting with Jeanine, our supervisor, to let her know how the group is doing, what has been done, what is going to be done and all that jazz.
So the NDP thing, it turns out that we get to handle the cameras too. But we won't be handling the broadcast part via Mediacorp. Instead, we are with the SAF. OMG. It's so exciting. We get our own security passes too. EEKSS! So excited.
Oh ya. MAT!!! I saw you at the JL sale on Saturday. Twice. At first I did a double take cos I wasn't sure it was you. But it was you, but you were already gone into the crowd. The second time was when I was queing up. You just zoomed pass with a bunch of trolleys. Hahh. And the next minute, you were gone in the crowd again. So yea, I saw youuu.
And I just heard that the whole family might be going to Selangor in Sept. Ours, my uncle's and my granny and another uncle. And perhaps another uncle. Ya. Hope that plan will still happened.
And that job offer for the web publishing gig is scratched from my plan. No time to commit, even for the week.
Cos as long as we still don't get the laptops, I'm fighting with the sibs over the com. But so far, if I say I wanna use, I use. I don't care if you wanna play games (which you are suppose not to be playing), chat with girls and browse through HIDEOUS friendster pages or read fan fictions, I believe my use of the computer is much more important than yours.

Oh finally, I managed to work around this table code. Very frustrating. I haven't eaten the whole day!!

School's starting nexk week. And I've spend most of my entire holiday lazing at home. The only times I went out is when I'm working, going for movies and meeting the pals. The rest of the time, I'm just in front of the computer, playing games.
Too broke to enjoy retail therapy. Anddddd, even if I have some, no one wants to tag along with me! It's useless to ask my sister to follow me cos she's the super lazy one. So's Mom. And Afir is too fickle-minded to decide whether he wants to go out or not.
So anyway, last week, was the week that we students had to register a module online. We wanted to get that Backpacking module. It sounds so cool and who knows. Maybe with that, we will be able to do backpacking one day :D But no. First, IE shuts down on me 5 minutes before my allocated time appointment. I had to restart the computer when it hang for 2 minutes. By the time I reached there, I was 5 minutes after the appointment time. And all the seats for the module is gone. 5 minutes!!! And all seats are gone! So I ended up in the learning slangs class. I tried to go in at other different appointment times. I came on the dot. And still the seats are 0! Unbelievable.
And I'm all alone in class again. The rest went to discovering music and a literature-like class. Owells. ... It's the last time we'll be getting this classes and I was so hoping to get the backpacking one.
So anyway. I've finally begin to start writing our video story. Sort of like a treatment. Well, with my tendency to write very descriptly, ya, it looks like a treatment.
Speaking of work, everything is going smoothly. Everyone's fine. I still haven't seen Farhan. We now have this big card at the store room/beanie room where we wrote down our thoughts and love for dear Nadirah and paste photos of her.
And speaking of writing. I've been given an offer to write for a show that my uncle and his friends are currently trying to pitch to the Suria producers. Extremely excited! But I can't do it alone. Soooo, I was thinking of collaborating with my friends! How about it Noi, Zak? I've been trying to tell you two about it but I procrastinated. I'll tell you the details soonnn.
And about work. My uncle is trying to get me a web publishing job for a friend. Just put in photos and align and all the works. But school's starting and I have the video story to write and a meeting with the supervisors in 2 days. So I'm not sure I'll be taking the job now. I had told my uncle that I can do it last week but they stilll haven't give me the photos. We'll see. Oh, and that's 200 photos yar ;)
And so far, I've been enjoying my new camera. I've yet to name it. Yes I'm going to name it. I'm so loving it. Oh, I've also uploaded some new photos in my deviantArt account. Drop by and take a look. You can comment it here through tag :D
And lastly. Mat!!!! Where is your tag/comment board?! I have no idea where you hid it or if it's even thereeee. And I quit the whole click-this-go-here phase. So I'm sure you can read this =}
