Can you believe that those quotes came from the latest harry potter book? There are actually swear words! And so, so many innuendos floating from page to page.
Ron, come here so I can do you...

Both said by Hermione. Of course, the 2nd quote received a big glare from Ron. =D
Ok, right, so I'm not remembering the quotes exactly, but it's definitely along those lines.
Anyway. I've finished the book. I was feeling suber uber excited during the first half, because it was full of adrenalin, breaking into the Ministry of Magic AND Gringotts Bank.
That's like breaking into The Istana in Singapore!
And I was reading it with full of fear of coming across a sentence that says Ron and Hermione dead. Thank god, no. Because their relationship is the best part of the book. Just remembering what this two characters do for each other makes my heart flutter. Because it's so cute and sweet and adorable.
Like how Hermione somehow is crying for no apparent reason and Ron will scurry over to her side and put his arm over her shoulder. Every. Single. Time.
Then when Ron presented a birthday gift to Harry a book titled 'Twelve fail-safe ways to charm witches', he said "If only I had known about that book earlier, then maybe I would have..." And he started grinning.
!!!! How can I not melt at that?!
Rn/Hr even slept side by side holding hands!! Even when Hermione was beating the hell out of Ron, it was sweet. Okay, bittersweet perhaps. Then went Ron got locked up in the basement, able to hear Hermione being tortured by Bellatrix above him and he screamed her name non-stop.
Finally, during the battle at Hogwarts, Ron chose the right time to be all smart and impressed Hermione so much. Then Ron asked about the elves in the castle, and that they can't leave them to die. And Hermione dropped her stuffs, jumped on Ron and started kissing him. Ron too dropped his stuffs and carried her. <3333333333
Harry was like, "Is this the moment?" and "Oi! We're in the middle of a war!" That of course was when Rn/Hr didn't stop kissing.
Bahhhh, it was so wonderful. I was shrieking with happiness. Finally! It happen! Ron and Hermione kissed! After 6 years flirting with each other, it happen!
Yea, I'm totally not reviewing this book. Well, not yet though. The book should sooo be titled as Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows The Quest of Ron and Hermione: Are We or Aren't We? <333s
Oh well, okay. Let me just say a few about the book. Yes, it was exciting, breaking in, escaping from the baddies with only a few seconds to spare, the trio being tortured in more different ways, almost dying and everything. But I felt that there wasn't much into the deathly hallows. It was confusing la.
I'm happy with the battle ending in Hogwarts. Slightly cliche, but I'm sure others are quite happy with who survived. But not for who died. Besides the neccessary villains to die, some were very, very, very unneccessary!
Just a few chapters into the book and one loveable character dies - Hegwid! The owl! The bird dies! Harry was trying to save her from falling and the poor thing did nothing and she just die. In her cage even more. Poor, poor thing. I was definitely shock at that death. So sad.
Then there was Dobby the house elf. He died trying to save Harry, with a knife stabbed into his chest. =[ His last words were "Harry ... Potter".
Here lies Dobby. A free elf. ='[[[[[[
Another one that affected me was Fred Weasley. Omg, I just can't type about him without feeling teary-eyed. Because I think it is just too cruel to kill off one of the twins! Two of the most loveable characters! JKR already scared me in the beginning with the way she wrote regarding George Weasley. But he only just lost his left ear! But Fred... She didn't explained further. He just dieddddd. >:|
And lastly, Lupin and Tonks. The couple who just got married, just got a baby boy and died together. ={
So Snape is revealed to be the good guy that I always knew he was. But what actually drove him to protect Harry in the beginning is a sad, love story. Poor Snape. Harry's eyes are the only reminder of what Snape lost in the past. And to think, I just realised, when he was dying, he asked Harry to look at him. Basically, he died staring at the very eyes he fell in love with.
Not Harry la! Harry's mom, Lily. And no Snape isn't Harry's 'real' Dad, if you have a wicked mind.
So then, the end. The battle is over. And in the epilogue, JKR revealed what happen to everyone after 19 years. I enjoy the epilogue. But there were so much more she didn't reveal. Like what happen to Luna, or Hagrid, or who's the new Headmaster/mistress for Hogwarts. I felt no closure. Like who the hell Draco got married to and why he named his child Scorpius.
Oh and I can also say that Rn/Hr remained together. Awwww. I shall not reveal the ending entirely, I'll wait awhile. =D I explained what happened to the rest but not about Voldy and Harry, eh?
Well. Yea. I know that the book is generally supposed to be a children's book. But really.. Harry seems to be, ahem, exploring.
Harry thinking about Ginny's kisses on his..., then he trails off to continue fighting with Voldy. Harry thinking about the lost hours he spend with Ginny in the secluded corners of Hogwarts. Oh and this one. During Harry's birthday, Ginny asked him to come into her room. In the previous book, Harry broke off with her because he feared for her safety.
Ginny - I don't know what to get for you for your present. But I know I want it to be something you will remember me by...
Harry - ???
Ginny - *starts kissing Harry*
I'm sorry, it's so risque it's hilarious!
But nothing beats Ron/Hermione! I'll board their ship in an instant!

okie dokie
early saturday morning, me and me sis woke up and got ready to leave the house.
it's the day. the final book. of harry potter's adventures.
i'm a closet fan. and i didn't realise it until i started to feel very excited while waiting for the current harry potter movie to be released. remember, i watched that on its opening day.
and now, the book. and everything will end. no more.
so anyway. i finally made a pre-order on the book just days before saturday at parkway parade mph. and so we went early. we left at 7am. since we were late, and thought just maybe the queue will get longer with each passing minute, we thought of getting a cab. but no we didn't, took the bus and slept in it. =]
so when we arrived, we walked and started anticipating to join the que all the way at coffee bean. if you're a frequent shopper at p.parade, you will know walking distance between coffee bean and mph.
anyway, we were at watsons and still saw no long line. or anyone. we walked further on towards mph and realise that there were still no queues. when we turn the corner into mph, we finally saw the que.
i told my sis to join in. i went to the cafe next to it and sank into their big cushy couch. a minute later, my sis came over, sat next to me and started opening the book.
yes. it was that fast. because there were only 5 people queing up when we reached there.
i couldn't believe it. my sis couldn't believe it. there were no hoo-haas over there. and i was pretty damn straight sure that borders are most likely to be exploded with confettis and screaming girls.
where i was? blissfully peaceful that i could fall asleep again on the sofa. i could see several more people on their own couch already reading their book. it was quite amusing.
so in the end. my sis some how took the upper hand and began reading the book silently while i looked on at her. i had to wait until she finished reading! and i wanna read the whole thing so i resisted peeking over her shoulder. i was so afraid that i will read something crucial and, .. and, and... !! oh!
anyway. i stayed away from my sis the entire afternoon. until she poked her head out of our bedroom and smiled at me.
"it. was. GREAT!"
i didnt know what to think cos i was still afraid. afraid of who might die. then again, my sis wouldn't be smiling then would she?
so now, unlike her, i'm really taking my time finishing up the book. i'm 3/4 in. i've stayed away from any sorts of spoilers online. but i bookmarked them just in case i would wanna go back and read some of the comments or whether these spoilers were true or not.
hehehe.
but for now. i'm feeling excited. at a potential relationship brewing between these 2 characters.
i can't wait. the next time i blog here will be my reaction to the ending. =D
ok anyway, going all unrelated. noi! simpsons, set! and by the way, who won that film competition? hehehehe.

well, besides that, i dont really know what else to blog about.
hmmm, im taking the week off mccafe. to finally start and prepare my resume and portfolio. i found several ads online and will try to answer them asap. yes, im excited.
anyway, i took the week off initially to prepare for a film competition me, noi, kevin and erman wanted to take part in. but after going for the official talk and everything, we notice that maybe, we are being played. heck, we even notice the biasness and favouritism. one judge is a teacher to another group. so we decided to back out.
yea, then hmmm. caught harry potter movie 5 with sis on the opening day. i have never watched a movie on its opening day before. was too excited. plus, i was doing opening shift that day. waited for sis to arrive from school and up we went to gv grand.
loves loves the movie. its a much darker sequel compared to HP:POA. i can say that daniel's acting improved slightly. and im so totally loving the hints of a Rn/Hr ship. also, a Nev/Luna ship. now that one is too cute for words. plus harry and ginny. it's so there.
next movie to watch, rat-ta-too-ee, simpson, knocked up and aplenty. oh erm.. batman, i want it to come soon so bad! joker looks fantastic!

transformer is the shit. go watch. im telling you to go watch. you wont be dissapointed in any way, even if you're not a transformer fan. i wasnt and im loving it. bcos if you are not a fan, you will still be blown away.
yea, thats how awesome the movie is. spectacular.
i sound so mystified by the movie. its greatttt.
oh, and sya, i went with the family minus 1. excellent la movie!
